Big Impression Can Be Made With Personalized Party Favors
Party favors are always appreciated by guest and personalized party favors are always a big hit. They like those little mementos to remind them of what a terrific time they had. Choosing the right party favor can be frustrating especially for the hostess. Consider using personalized favors. When the hostess coordinates the favors with the Party Invitations and party supplies it creates a full theme.
Personalized favors can feature a single initial, date, or even name. There are many items on the market that are in a reasonable price range. The theme of the party has a lot to do with the type of favor the hostess chooses. Try to match up items that make sense. For example, when hosting a luau consider providing guest with a gift bag of lip balm and sunscreen. The label on both can be personalized to the event.
The party can be tailored toward alcohol I fit is going to be offered at the party. Shot glasses with a single initial are a perfect engraved gift. For those parties that do not actually have a theme, consider personalizing the gift bags instead of the gifts. This will save a ton of money, yet still retain the customization that hostesses crave. Produce a nicely finished project with a quality printer. Tuck in gourmet foods, candy, or coffees for the guest to enjoy at home. A neat product line to consider are lotions, soaps, and other personal care products. Use all natural products to make them memorable.
Always ask the vendor for finished samples. This is the time to assure the spelling of everything is correct and the graphics are what the hostess wants. Request that the items be ready for pickup about a week before the party. This provides ample time for the hostess to assemble the gifts, without it interfering with last minute preparations. Anything that can be done a week of more prior to the event leaves the hostess to attend to those items, such as food, that cannot be accomplished early.
